This was not recorded in Japan but is in fact a Wings live recording from Liverpool in 1979.
The Wings' sold out 11 concerts in Japan in January 1980 were canceled due to Paul being busted at the airport for having pot in his bag. He finally spent nine days in jail and then the Wings left Japan immediately. The bootleg has a photo of a handcuffed Paul on the back cover.
The concert is almost complete here - the only song missing is Cook of the House (it was played after No Words).
The recording runs a little fast and the sound is a little blurry. |
