Scarce LP with the same content as Italian Dream, pressed from the same stampers (matrix is also TNCO-A / TNCO-B).
Recorded live at San Remo Festival, 22 November 1986, Club Tenco, Teatro Ariston, San Remo (Italy).
Butterfly Records, limited edition - 1987 is just a guess, possibly it was made later.

The only trace I could find of this LP was an (Italian) ebay listing from January 2010, it sold for $305.
Tom Waits: piano, guitar
Greg Cohen: double bass
Italian actor Roberto Benigni (with whom Waits made many films later) attended this show!
