Unauthorized russian pressing on Santa Ltd. from 1993, number П93 00291 (П = Russian letter for P).
Not only did they crop the photo on the back in order to represent the songs in both english and cyrillic letters - for whatever reason, two tracks were deleted from the album - Red Shoes by the Drugstore and Whistlin' Past the Graveyard are missing!
